We provide a structured, supportive sober living environment combined with comprehensive job readiness training, workforce coaching, and career pathway development. Our integrated model uniquely combines recovery support with workforce development and healthcare career pathways, helping participants transition into high-demand roles such as Behavioral Health Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Community Health Worker.
We serve adults in recovery from substance use disorders, individuals experiencing housing instability, unemployed or underemployed individuals, and justice-involved individuals seeking workforce reentry. Through partnerships with behavioral health providers, hospitals, tribal organizations, and workforce boards, we deliver comprehensive support including recovery housing, sober living accountability, employment placement, resume preparation, interview coaching, and community resource navigation.
